I just got my first tour of this place. It is amazing. Huge ceilings. Hallways that you could drive two semi's thru. Wow. The boiler room and the art room are fantastic. Definitely upscale. Oh, to have lived there in my single days!
The Flats 324, reminds me of the charm and style of high end lofts on the east coast minus the price tag, the exposed brick and slick amenities are perfect for renters looking for the luxuries of high quality living. I moved here a few weeks ago to relocate with my job with government, and I tell you I love it, I am from a large city and love close retail and food restaurants in the area. In addition to this, the apartment managers Kim and Steve are awesome, If you are looking for a safe place with ample parking space and luxury amenities than the Flats 324 is your best bet, but do not take my word for it. Come by.

I would highly recommend the Pump House. It is the best Old Town has to offer. The food is wonderful, be sure to eat there when Aaron Nunn is cooking!!! He's a great chef, in fact I would rate him as the best Wichita has to offer.

Definitely going back to the Brewery again next time I'm in town I love their Ales it was on the list for a beer of the month club I'm part of and found out about it through them. I think I have a few dozen different varieties in my fridge more than most local pubs.
I was very pleased with our dinner this evening at your establishment. My wife and I enjoyed the plum wine and the bih bim bap (sp?). Thank you for an enjoyable evening.
My boyfriend and I eat at Imbiss at least once a month and try different entrees. We alway get the wurst (sausage) platter with sauerkraut for an appetizer. We're not usually the biggest sauerkraut fan but we love this stuff. I'm also addicted to the potato pancakes and beef stroganoff, which isn't anything like what you've probably had out of a noodle package or frozen dinner. We've yet to try any desserts since we're usually too full but, maybe some day...
This place is the place to go to for back pain, or a general pain in the neck! They are fantastic! I have never felt better. Who would have thought that an "adjustment" and some therapy would cause my pain to go away and stay gone!!!

AMAZING! Just signed a lease... So many floor plans it was hard to choose. Walk to Old Town and the arena, too!

Our beer club took a tour of the brewery we had a great time talking with the people who worked there and got some good tips.

Accidentally got the Dragon Roll last night, instead of the my favorite, the Red Dragon Roll--it was very good also!
My grand-daughter loves the gift shop. It is more fun for her than the museum.
Try any of the Korean or Japanese dishes if you don't like sushi. They are excellent!
Jeremy's Chicken Hash is great, but it is only served on week days. Salmon is a great side to build your own breakfast around.
Caffe Moderne has so many flavors of gelato, it it hard to decide. I always get 2 flavors.
Try the Green Chili. Old fashion Coke's and great ice cream! Awesome sandwiches.
