Discover the six steps to giving your child a great start in early literacy. Learn about print motivation, vocabulary, narrative skills, print awareness, letter knowledge and phonological awareness and how to incorporate them in play and reading with your child. This workshop is intended for parents and caregivers of children birth to age 5. Registration is required and begins Wednesday, Oct. 26. Call 261-8500 to register. (60 minutes)
