Jim Guy has been admitted to the Kansas Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, since 1970. His practice emphasizes Collaborative Family Law, a new concept whereby people agree to settlement of their Family Law problems outside the Court system as an alternative to expensive and damaging litigation. Mr. Guy is a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, and is first lawyer in Wichita to join. He is also one of the founding members of Wichita's practice group in Collaborative Law.
Mr. Guy also practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning (including wills, living wills, powers of attorneys, and family and individual trusts).
