The Old Chicago Story
In 1976, a few buddies opened a pizza joint in Boulder, Colorado. And from the start they agreed to base OId Chicago on a few basic principles: Serve up delicious, handmade pizza, have the best lineup of cold beers in town and always treat the Guests like family.
Three decades later these principles still thrive at Old Chicago. Our food is savored for its freshness and flavor, our lineup of 110 beers is famous for its variety and our Guests can always expect our warm, genuine hospitality.
And like a landmark in the Chicago skyline, Old Chicago is here to stay. Trends come and go but quality endures. And that quality - in our hospitality, our food, our beer and our cocktails- is what Old Chicago is all about.

The Rock Bottom Foundation
Giving is inherent to Old Chicago’s culture. Every month, Old Chicago donates thousands of pounds of surplus food to local hunger organizations and hosts hundreds of monthly fundraisers to benefit local charities. Old Chicago teammates show their giving spirit by volunteering time and a portion of paychecks to local charities through the Old Chicago and Rock Bottom Restaurants Inc. Foundation.
